The club has been successfully using the on line entry system since changing the show ground. This has enabled the class sheets to be printed before the morning and saved members waiting to enter thus enabling classes to start on time.
To help members who wish to enter extra classes, probably due to “competitors and their horses/ ponies” performing better than expected on the day. The club has allowed extra entries on the day but would like to be paid in cash. We appreciate cards are easy for you but to avoid disappointment, please bring cash with you if you think you may like to enter extra classes.
The catering has set up a card system only to be used when purchasing refreshments. This has enabled them to serve and prepare their orders quicker.
Remember all trophies for ANNUAL/WILLOW NOOK SHOWS should have been handed in by the JUNE SHOW and PRESENTATION EVENING trophies by the JULY SHOW.
